You might want to consider getting the build flags from
gnome-bluetooth.pc (libgnome-bluetooth-dev).

Seems you are already having the necessary configure check to get
BLUETOOTH_LIBS and BLUETOOTH_DIR from gnome-bluetooth. This seems better
then hard-coding it.
