Package: visolate
For quite a while, there's now Visolate 3, an improved version of
Visolate 2 (and with an active maintainer, me). Most recent version is 3.1:

The main difference between Visolate 2 and Visolate 3 can be viewed here:

One caveat: there's a known regression when using this tool with
rectangular solder pads made in Eagle (a PCB layout application). So it
might be a good idea to keep both versions for now.
Visolate doesn't distinguish between stable and unstable releases.
Dependencies of both versions are the same.
