Package: duplicity Version: 0.6.08b-1+b1 Severity: wishlist
It would be useful if duplicity would automatically create directories (and their parents) if they do not exist on the webdav server. The webdav protocol supports this by way of a "MKCOL" command. At the moment, users must mount the target filespace using davfs2 and manually run mkdir commands. -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.6 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages duplicity depends on: ii gnupg 1.4.10-4 GNU privacy guard - a free PGP rep ii libc6 2.11.3-4 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii librsync1 0.9.7-7 rsync remote-delta algorithm libra ii python 2.6.6-3+squeeze7 interactive high-level object-orie ii python-central 0.6.16+nmu1 register and build utility for Pyt ii python-pexpect 2.3-1 Python module for automating inter duplicity recommends no packages.
