Actually, I very much doubt that is true. The berlios download page
https://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=6813
shows plenty of versions you can download but not the version in Debian. I find
it highly unlikely that upstream removed the latest few versions from berlios
while not removing all versions (if berlios allows you to remove uploads at
all). The URL in copyright was true for the 0.10 series of uploads but not for
the 0.14 packages.
