Package: bridge-utils

This version of bridge-utils depends on net-tools. As far as I can see
this was added because ifupdown scripts need it. However, you _can_ use
bridge-utils without ifupdown; in fact, ifupdown is only in
bridge-utils's Suggets.
Please demote the net-tools dependency to Suggests or Recommends. (Or
even better: port the scripts to iproute, which is already depended on
by ifupdown.)
