Package: sysklogd Version: version in squeeze Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
sysklogd is no more available in wheezy, which is fine. Which is not fine is that there's no replacement installed during the upgrade (apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && apt-get install udev linux-image-2.6 && reboot && apt-get dist-upgrade). There should have de dummy transitional package available from sysklogd to rsyslog. Cheers. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-3-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages sysklogd depends on: ii libc6 2.13-35 ii lsb-base 4.1+Debian7 ii rsyslog [linux-kernel-log-daemon] 5.8.11-2 sysklogd recommends no packages. sysklogd suggests no packages. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
