Package: texlive-extra-utils Version: 2012.20120611-2 Followup-For: Bug #686675
I installed the pdfjam transitional package so I could use pdfjoin and
received the following error:
pdfjam: This is pdfjam version 2.08.
pdfjam: Reading any site-wide or user-specific defaults...
(none found)
pdfjam ERROR: can't find pdflatex!
So I went looking and installed texlive-latex-base. Then a new error:
pdfjam: This is pdfjam version 2.08.
pdfjam: Reading any site-wide or user-specific defaults...
(none found)
pdfjam ERROR: LaTeX package pdfpages.sty is not installed
Now I had to install texlive-latex-recommended. And got a pdflatex error,
but that is a different problem. Should the texlive-extra-utils package
include dependencies on not only texlive-latex-base but also
texlive-latex-recommended? Thanks
