Package: cdbs Version: 0.4.118 Severity: normal Hi Jonas,
when building libv8 and (experimental) nodejs, both using gyp, i get rid of lintian warning hardening-no-fortify-functions if and only if this is added to debian/rules : CXXFLAGS+=$(CPPFLAGS) export CXXFLAGS export LDFLAGS I think the first line is due to a cdbs regression of #651964.
