If I saw correctly adding wine64-bin as package in lines 344/345 in rules would fix this:
dh_installdocs -plibwine$(VERSUFFIX) dh_installchangelogs -plibwine$(VERSUFFIX) It should also be removed from doclink.sh so no symlink is created. I also suggest using df_installdocs' "--link-doc" option to create the symlinks instead of a self written script. Unluckily I cannot build the package atm so someone else needs to actually make the changes.
