Upstream has replied that the command should be removed, and I agree. The command as it is right now is dangerous and of very little use (it creates a branch and adds a dummy index.html to it). I have prepared a package that removes the file so that it doesn't get installed. I have also fixed a small bug in one of the available manpages. I'm attaching the debdiff output. Since Jesus replied to this bug a couple of days ago, I'll be uploading the NMU to a 3-day delayed queue.
