Some man pages for pthread seem to be missing, for example
pthread_cond_wait(3). I think it may be all the cond and mutex ones that
are missing. The above example (pthread_cond_wait) is referenced in
pthreads(7) and can be found on the web, and many of the other
pthread_*(3) man pages are present, so I'm not sure why these are
missing in Debian.
