I've just re-read this and realised that what is described is a 64 bit hypervisor + 64 kernel + 32 bit userspace configuration, not as I first thought a 64 h/v + 32 kernel + 32 user. This 64x64x32 configuration is not something which is expected to work right now. It isn't being widely requested and I don't think it is especially high on upstreams radar (if at all).
