Only the half of the problem were solved. Every existing installation of capi4hylafax have an existing configuration /etc/hylfax/config.faxCAPI where the old logfile is defined.
The default logfile configuration in /etc/hylfax/config.faxCAPI must be changed while upgrading to get the benefit of logrotating (logfiles now in /var/log/hylafax). --- Have a nice day.
