I've done the above, trying to recreate the setup as best I could. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use Debian Lenny for the test, but presumably Debian Squeeze has the same version of the Synergy client as my original report had. I am unable to reproduce this bug; perhaps it's due to a different X configuration, I don't know. Anyway, I've marked the bug as unreproducible.
