I am trying to make this change with Phillip Ross as you can follow here: http://rubyforge.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=29620&group_id=894&atid=3525 Everybody is welcome to test it and comment on the current state. Maybe we also make a version that doesn't include the Ruby modules with tzdata at all.
