Rationale
wiki.debian.org is a new official debian service, but there is
no clear place to discuss it. Discussions have been brought up
on -devel, -project and -legal, to date (admittedly, all by me).
I believe a specific list for discussions would help keep a
record of such discussions in one place, and clear up the other
lists.
