Install libpam-systemd so proper ACLs are applied to /dev/dri/card0.
Or add your users to group video if you want to grant them access to
accelerated graphics.

libpam-systemd is a Recommends, so installed by default. You should
trust your package maintainers, unless you know what you are doing.
