I will do that once checking surf works fine with x-terminal-emulator
other than xterm. There was a discussion in suckless list on this
where they mentioned surf should depend on st (suckless terminal) but
it doesn't work probably because of fault in st. xterm is mainly used
for download purpose so by changing dependency to x-terminal-emulator
I may end up making surf useless too!

I will first try this and then update the dependency appropriately.
