Hi,

I've got the same issue (with version 3.10.1+dfsg-3~bpo60+1 on squeeze), 
looking through the exim docs you need the -oi arg to exim to get it to 
turn off treating '.' on a line as the end of the message.

So the TrustedDeliveryAgent arg in dspam.conf should be:

"/usr/sbin/exim -oMr spam-scanned -oi "
