The defaul option "loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::SPF" in
/etc/spamassassin/init.pre it renders the package inusabile until 
that it does commented.

Remove this option or include in dependes the follwing packages:
libmail-spf-query-perl
libsys-hostname-long-perl
