Problems seem to have been fixed in 295.59 (possibly sooner) - multiple
suspend and restores were successful, as well as switching to VT and back
- both of which caused problems before.
The problem still existed in 295.40. I did not test 295.49 or 295.53 on
the machine which had the problems.
My bug # 661822 can be closed - fixed by revised upstream release.
May be related to #667684 - but should be verified with the people who had
that problem.
