The files listed as GPL in http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/o/omniorb-dfsg/current/copyright are src/appl/*, src/tool/omniidl/cxx/cccp/*, which sound like they're part of some utilities, not the libraries. This is also what README.FIRST.txt in the omniorb-dfsg source says.
