I don't know whether this particular crash has been fixed - but perhaps we'll never know, since the original report is all the information we have. I believe all the subsequent mails to this bug report can be attributed to #574697 (which we already fixed). Sam, have you had any similar crashes with squeeze or later? If not, I think we can assume it has been fixed at some point, and close this bug. As Brad noted, the offset is consistently 14a000 for everyone except Sam who reported crashes under this bug report.
