Hi, The detection of removal bugs on the PTS doesn't appear to understand the concept of partial binary removals; this leads to the scilab-scimysql page currently saying "This package has been requested to be removed. [...] Please see bug number #678494 for more information." The title of the referenced bug is "RM: scilab-scimysql [ppc s390] -- RoQA; fails to build on ppc and s390".
