Hi Mike, Thanks for your latest feedback on this issue. Unfortunately I'm probably not going to have time to delve further into this issue in the near future. It might be worth seeing if you can reproduce with a plain RT install and reporting the issues to upstream, or seeing if you can get things working with request-tracker4. I'll leave the bug open, so please do comment if you make any further discoveries.
