This is the result of a change in the upstream nmh and not a Debian packaging bug. You likely have your own custom components and replcomps etc files and these need updating to include a From: header. If you want the generated for your from the username and local hostname, look at /usr/lib/mh/components. Otherwise, you can simply include a hardcoded >From header.
