I would like to be the owned of this orphaned package. I've made a google code project in: http://code.google.com/p/nec2c/ By the moment, I still have to add some improvement with parallelization that I made but still not there. Would you help me with something like a tutorial about how to charge this changes to debian mentors' packages? I made an account add created a public key.
