I messed up the installation on my side. I was using
libapache2-mod-fastcgi on my test server instead of
libapache2-mod-fcgid. It appears that I cannot get iipsrv to work with
libapache2-mod-fcgid.
Here is my conf:
$ apt-cache policy libapache2-mod-fcgid
libapache2-mod-fcgid:
Installed: 1:2.3.6-1+squeeze1
Candidate: 1:2.3.6-1+squeeze1
Version table:
*** 1:2.3.6-1+squeeze1 0
500 http://mirror.ovh.net/debian/ squeeze/main amd64 Packages
500 http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates/main amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
And:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
