Package: jalview
Version: 2.7.dfsg-2
Severity: minor
Tags: patch

Hello,

I found a small typo (alignement instead of alignment) in the package
description
while translating it via the DDTSS.
A patch is included to fix this and some other minor issues like the spelling of
ClustalW.
