Package: systemd
Version: 44-2
Severity: normal

adb is not shipped by Debian but if the user has it installed and is
using systemd, the adb server is not able to detect the physical phone.
Error is:
Error insufficient permissions for device

This works peferectly is booting through SysV Init.

I am sorry I haven't attached logs as I badly needed my machine fixed,
so I am no more on the systemd init.

I have filed the bug report only that if there are others, which android
phones, may be they can ack and provide more information.
