There is a circular dependency between librpm3 and rpm-common: librpm3 :Depends: rpm-common (= 4.10.0-2) rpm-common :Depends: librpm3 (>= 4.10.0) Circular dependencies involving shared libraries are known to cause problems during upgrade between stable releases, so we should try to get rid of them.
