Hi.

In /usr/share/gforge/bin/user_dump_update.pl one reads "# Now lets create the 
homedir and copy the contents of /etc/skel into it.".

However, no such thing is done, and only ./incoming/ is created, AFAICS.

iI think it would be great to allow the use of such a skel dir, but 
/var/lib/gforge/chroot/etc/skel and not /etc/skel.

It would allow to add commands in a default $HOME/git-shell-commands for 
instance (see #674559 for the need of git-shell instead of plain shells).
