Hi,
I had a quick look at your package on mentors.d.n, and it's almost
fine with several exceptions:
1. debian/compat: compat 8/9 is recommended now, and with compat 9 you
get hardening features turned on automatically.
2. debian/copyright: you have a "Files: debian/*" section, but where
is "Files: *" for the copyright of all those upstream files?
3. debian/control: the dependency of binary package qpdfview is
hardcoded now, most of them should be generated automatically as
you've added ${shlibs:Depends} there, please remove unnecessary ones
if possible.
