the docbook-xsl-ns source package was removed from unstable in http://bugs.debian.org/652403 but the version in experimental was missed at that time. There is a newer version of the docbook-xsl-ns binary package in unstable (built from docbook-xsl). Looks like automatic experimental cleanup does not cover this case.
