I couldn't figure out what had happened either, since all of the
documentation (--help and man page, and help menu) all reference .csshrc.
I now see that it is mentioned in the upstream changelog.
It took me a while to find this bug to figure out what to do.
The .clusterssh directory was created properly, but the extra_cluster_file
apparently doesn't default to the new location, so I had to manually set
it, and now it is happy.
The following message appears at the top of every cssh window, I'm not
sure what it is supposed to be telling me. A carriage return was not
needed like one might guess.
Running:ssh -x -o ConnectTimeout=10 xxx.com "" ; echo
Press RURN to continue; read IGNORE
Lastly, the send_menu_xml_file setting references .csshrc_send_menu, I
don't use it (and it isn't in my old .csshrc file - that was created when
running the new cssh for the first time.)
