Package: linux-2.6 Version: 3.2.17-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer, Using the "M-Audio Fast Track Ultra" USB sound card with Jackd for some hours. My jackd invocation command is: "/usr/bin/jackd -P70 -p128 -dalsa -dhw:0,0 -r96000 -p512 -n4 -H -M -Xseq" Using rtirq to control priorities makes the bug appear just when loading qjackd. Moreover, I can't use a external SAT-->USB3 adaptor. There is another fail. I could send his dmesg too. That adaptor works in USB2 ports. I tried too downloading and compiling kernel 3.4.0 and tried too with 3.2.0-2-rt but I have similar (maybe not the same) errors. Could send their dmesg too. I read in some forums that it could be a problem of the chipset of my motherboard, and then a software workaround would be needed to make it work. Connecting to USB3 ports (controled by NEC Corporation uPD720200 USB 3.0 Host Controller of the motherboard) neither work. -- Package-specific info: ** Version: Linux version 3.2.0-2-amd64 (Debian 3.2.17-1) (debian-ker...@lists.debian.org) (gcc version 4.6.3 (Debian 4.6.3-5) ) #1 SMP Sat May 12 23:08:28 UTC 2012 ** Command line: BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-3.2.0-2-amd64 root=UUID=2ce19878-8328-4474-aa22-afd89b851583 ro threadirqs ** Not tainted ** Kernel log: [ 601.756540] colord-sane D ffff88012fc13540 0 3681 1 0x00000000 [ 601.756550] ffff88012870d890 0000000000000086 0000000000000000 ffffffff8160d020 [ 601.756561] 0000000000013540 ffff880126539fd8 ffff880126539fd8 ffff88012870d890 [ 601.756571] ffff88012946c970 000000012870d890 0000000000000000 ffff880128f760e8 [ 601.756581] Call Trace: [ 601.756592] [<ffffffff81348a0f>] ? __mutex_lock_common.isra.5+0xff/0x164 [ 601.756601] [<ffffffff813488fd>] ? mutex_lock+0x1a/0x2d [ 601.756624] [<ffffffffa006c422>] ? usbdev_open+0xcf/0x225 [usbcore] [ 601.756641] [<ffffffff810fc3d4>] ? chrdev_open+0x11d/0x144 [ 601.756650] [<ffffffff810fc2b7>] ? cdev_put+0x1a/0x1a [ 601.756657] [<ffffffff810f799e>] ? __dentry_open+0x19c/0x2b3 [ 601.756665] [<ffffffff81100db4>] ? dget+0x12/0x1e [ 601.756673] [<ffffffff81103f25>] ? do_last+0x553/0x58d [ 601.756681] [<ffffffff81104557>] ? path_openat+0xce/0x32a [ 601.756691] [<ffffffff81254b5d>] ? rpm_suspend+0x3d5/0x403 [ 601.756699] [<ffffffff81104875>] ? do_filp_open+0x2a/0x6e [ 601.756708] [<ffffffff8134810f>] ? _cond_resched+0x7/0x1c [ 601.756716] [<ffffffff811b1e39>] ? __strncpy_from_user+0x18/0x48 [ 601.756725] [<ffffffff8110d5b3>] ? alloc_fd+0x64/0x109 [ 601.756733] [<ffffffff810f8860>] ? do_sys_open+0x5e/0xe5 [ 601.756742] [<ffffffff8134e3d2>] ? system_call_fastpath+0x16/0x1b [ 721.756080] INFO: task khubd:154 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
