How very strange. Then how could it have ended up showing up as an obsolete conffile on my system? I have libgtk2.0-common 2.24.10-1 installed, and dpkg-status showed /etc/gtk-2.0/im-multipress.conf as an obsolete conffile. I just downloaded libgtk2.0-common_2.24.10-1_all.deb and reinstalled it via dpkg with --force-confmiss, and got the conffile back; however, it then immediately showed up as obsolete again: ~$ grep-status -FConffiles ' obsolete' -sPackage,Conffiles Package: libgtk2.0-0 Conffiles: /etc/gtk-2.0/im-multipress.conf c358838e1789c1d4e6da7f525fc922cf obsolete Thoughts? - Josh Triplett -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
