Seems that the init script forgets which containers it has started. According to the README I have to copy the myhost/config file to /etc/lxc/auto to start the container at boot time: "container that should be automatically start needs its configuration file symlinked (or copied) into the /etc/lxc/auto directory" If I do, then /etc/init.d/lxc starts a lxc container named "config" instead of using the real name listed by lxc-list. I could live with that, but _really_ fatal is that this lxc container is not managed or shutdown properly. It is possible to start this container twice, which might result in data corruption.
