Hello Benoit,can you reenable IPv6 and check whether you see a lot of static IPv6 routes in your routing table (ip -6 route)? This might be related/duplicate to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=670820 if you have a lot of IPv6 peers (i.e. Bittorrent)
