Improvements to the previous patch to support writing the relevant src_association data when a binary upload is made. (Note: some of the code still needs improvement and there are some changes which are down to unicode problems on sid.) If these changes are usable, it only requires a config change on blavet.debian.org to start directing initial uploads to ftp-master.debian.org - I can easily ensure that only a handful of packages are uploaded initially.
