The upstream name is indeed ridiculous, but actually because
arm*-*-linux-gnu* configury is already such a mess in many places,
having a clean slate is technically useful, so I have been persuaded
not to start a (probably doomed anyway) fight with upstream for
'arm64-linux-gnu' eveywhere, even though that would have been much
nicer for users. So aarch64-linux-gnu it is.
