It should be in shape for an upload to "experimental", for testing and
debugging. As long as ruby1.8 is the default ruby, it passes all tests.

It does not work fully with ruby1.9.1 yet. A few missing dependencies
may be the cause. ruby-shadow and ruby-augeas has not yet been packaged
for ruby1.9.1. (Note that the ruby package name is ruby1.9.1, but the
version is 1.9.3. Rather confusing…)

( Also, the "dh_ruby" packaging tool from the "gem2deb" is not yet up to
the task of packaging something like puppet. However, there is nothing
else that can provide the needed functionality for packaging for both
ruby1.8 and ruby1.9.1, and the workarounds were rather ugly. I can live
with that. :)
