You can fix this by adding a file debian/source/options with the following content:
extend-diff-ignore = aclocal\.m4|configure|Makefile\.in -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
