Your package is failing to build on amd64. The problem is that it's using an old version of libtool (1.5) which misdetects the linker on amd64 because of quoting issues, which later result in it failing to link. The previous version used Debian's 1.5.6. I recommend you upgrade it to the latest Debian version again. Also note that in the libcppsctpsocket.la, the depedency_libs has this in it: /tmp/buildd/socketapi-1.7.0/shared/lib/libsctpsocket.la Which really is not what you want.
