It seems like what happens is that some users fail to connect the Control Channel (going to Server Information just says NA ping on control channel)
It might be related to some resource starvation, I had a bugged process earlier which was constantly running at 100% cpu usage and during that time it occured much more frequently -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
