    owned by: isdnutils-base, isdnlog
  /etc/isdn/isdn.conf
  /etc/isdn/rate.conf

isdnlog doesn't seem to remove all its confguration files when the
package is purged (this should probably be done in the prerm script so
that the directory can be automatically removed by dpkg).
