I'm not sure this is a bug per-se, but the debian/changelog is missing several entries. It jumps directly from 14.2-1 to 20.2-1. 18.1.1-1, 18.1.1-2 and 18.1.1-2.1 are missing. This has for a result to confuse the BTS that still think that some bugs are not fixed.
