Package: mozilla-thunderbird-enigmail Version: 2:0.89.0-2 Severity: important
Hi, Thunderbird crashes when trying to check a signature. I have a mail (I wrote and signed myself using mutt) on which thunderbird crashes when it tries to check the signature. This is repeatable. Since I assume it is the enigmail that is causing this, I have reported ths bug to be a enigmail bug. If you think that it is thunderbirds fault, please feel free to forward it as a mozilla-thunderbird bug. I can make this mail available to the maintainers if needed for debugging. When I run thunderbird from a terminal, this is what I get: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ mozilla-thunderbird selected locale: en-US observe: nothing here: null observe called FILE: [xpconnect wrapped nsIFile]DOUBLE-CLICK: 250 --> -1 THRESHOLD: 8 --> -1 /usr/lib/mozilla-thunderbird/run-mozilla.sh: line 451: 5663 Segmentation fault "$prog" ${1+"$@"} Best regards, Andrew -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.9-am Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages mozilla-thunderbird-enigmail depends on: ii gnupg 1.2.4-4 GNU privacy guard - a free PGP rep ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc1 1:3.4.3-6 GCC support library ii libstdc++5 1:3.3.5-5 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii mozilla-thunderbird 0.9-6 Mozilla Thunderbird standalone mai -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
