It's a hiccup in the build system. I don't have an AMD64 machine, and since eagle is non-free it doesn't get built by autobuilders. But somehow it migrated to testing even though the control file says it is both i386 and amd64. We need to find a DD that can do a binary only upload of the amd64 package. I can get an amd64 machine up, but it might not be for another week.
