I can reproduce it, apache always says it. if you check my tdiary site (d.ma-aya.to), you will see error page. Apache2 version is apache2-mpm-prefork (and worker) 2.0.54-5, and I don't use mod_ruby or any additional modules for apache2. >tDiary is pure ruby so that it never produces segmentation fault.
